We are looking for reliable seafood processors, manufacturers, fisheries, and exporters capable of supplying fresh or frozen seafood for wholesale distribution in the United Arab Emirates. The initial required quantity is one 40ft refrigerated container. The shipment should be offered on CIF terms to either Jebel Ali Port, Dubai, or Khor Fakkan Port, Sharjah. Suppliers are requested to specify which destination port they can serve and provide their best CIF price accordingly. The buyer is open to different types of seafood, subject to product availability, quality, price, and UAE import requirements. Interested suppliers should clearly indicate the seafood products they can offer, such as fish, shrimp, prawns, lobster, crab, squid, octopus, mussels, or other seafood varieties. Products must be fresh or properly frozen, fit for human consumption, and processed under hygienic conditions. Frozen products should be maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout processing, storage, loading, and transportation. The seafood must be free from contamination, spoilage, unusual odors, excessive glazing, and visible defects. Suppliers should provide the following information: Seafood species and scientific name Fresh, chilled, or frozen condition Whole, fillet, portion, head-on, headless, shell-on, or peeled form Product size, count, or weight range Country of origin Catching or farming method Processing and freezing method Glazing percentage, if applicable Net weight and gross weight Packaging type and quantity per carton Loading capacity per 40ft container Storage temperature and shelf life Monthly supply capacity Production and delivery lead time CIF price to Jebel Ali Port or Khor Fakkan Port Recent product, processing, and packaging photographs Suppliers should also provide available supporting documents, including a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Catch Certificate where applicable, Veterinary or Sanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, and Bill of Lading. HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, ASC, MSC, or other relevant food safety and sustainability certificates should be provided where available. Only qualified suppliers with experience in exporting seafood to the UAE or other international markets are encouraged to submit quotations.
