We are currently developing a new medical device for dental applications, and as part of this project, we require a custom stainless steel wire component to be integrated into the final product. In addition, the component must be coated with a durable, permanently bonded rubber layer (PVC / TPE / Silicone or equivalent), which must be food-grade compliant (FDA or equivalent). The coating must exhibit strong adhesion, with no risk of peeling, cracking, or delamination under normal use conditions.
