The required quantity is two container loads for delivery to the Port of Montreal, Canada. The product must be aseptically processed and packed in food-grade aseptic bags inside drums, secured on pallets for international maritime transportation.
The pear puree concentrate should be manufactured from sound and mature pears. It should have a smooth and homogeneous consistency, natural pear color, characteristic aroma and flavor, and no signs of fermentation, mold, foreign matter, or unacceptable defects.
