AaroniDSS is a comprehensive solution that empowers PMS users to seamlessly capture guests' signatures on registration cards, folios, and receipts. Once a document is selected from the PMS application, AaroniDSS promptly displays the relevant screen to guide users through subsequent operations. No additional steps are necessary!

FRONT OFFICE OPERATIONS - streamlines front office operations such as room upselling, pay-by, and pay-for, making them simpler and more efficient. The "Batch Mode" allows users to handle multiple rooms simultaneously, making it easier to process large groups of guests.

PHOTO ALBUM - assists front-desk staff in selecting photos of specific room types to display on tablets during the room upselling process.

EXCHANGE RATES BOARD - provides a "live" currency exchange rates list directly on the tablet, eliminating the need for manual data input, reducing errors and improving efficiency.

SCAN IMAGES - facilitate the collection of scanned images from conventional scanners. The scanned images and signed documents can be archived both on the AaroniDSS server and on the PMS server (if applicable).

OTHERS - All signatures are affixed with predefined security watermarks to enhance protection.
