Founded in March 1995 with 50 years joint investment period, ACC Changchun Electric Power Tool Co., Ltd. (ACC) is the first high-tech joint venture of electric tools adopting German technology and management in China. Before 2000, the company was held by Sweden Atlas Copco Group. In October 2005, Sichuan Chuanrun Group became the Chinese stock holder of ACC. Currently ACC has 186 exquisite equipments (43 from Switzerland, Germany, and Japan, etc.) and 190 employees (48 of whom have university degree or above and take 25% of the total number).The company produces and sells high-quality electric tools at home and abroad. The products are widely applied to architecture, fitment, equipment manufacturing and installation, etc. Before 2000, the company mainly produced German AEG electric tools and 35 specifications of ACC products, including electric hammer, electric drill, electric impact drill, angle grinder, stone cutting tool, etc. The performance of products completely conforms to IEC60745 standard. The company passed 3C and CE certification. In 1998, the company got ISO9002 Quality System Certificate of German Rhine Company and ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System Certificate and IQNet Certificate of Quality Management System International Certification Alliance.
