ACHAL manages an Organic Small Holders Project in Goa and Maharashtra as per EEC 2092/91 (EEC Regulation) NPOP (Indian regulation) and NOP (USDA regulation). This enables it to offer Organic cashews to the export and Indian markets. It already has a regular export market and is now offering Organic Cashews to the Indian Consumer.
Achal's customers are assured that all products offered are operating under the Food Safety Management System. Quality Achal meets the global standards set for the products manufactured. The unit has been exposed to the concepts of an In Process Quality Control System (IPQC)
The unit entered the Export field in the year 1984 and its products are now exposed to all the international markets, viz, North America, the EEC countries, Middle East and Japan. It also has facilities for the export of commodities and import of packing materials & machinery.
Cashew kernels have found applications in food since ages. Currently, the usage has expanded considerably and cashew has found its presence invaluable in any combination of food. It is already popular with the manufacturing industry in biscuits and chocolates and ice cream. A wide application in Indian,Eastern or western cuisine make cashew in food highly pleasurable.
