AGC is a European WOFE (Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise) operationally based in Shanghai and Qingdao specialized in providing reliable and cost effective manufacturing and purchasing solutions to SMEs who require assistance in China.

Founded during the year 2000 in Namur, Belgium, AGC re-localized its operational headquarters to Shanghai In 2004 to be closer to the production lines, increase its network of reliable suppliers and offer more competitive solutions.

In 2010 AGC acquired the French optical company Sinoptix in order to expand its offer into the Optical industry, providing quality optical components from China under the Brand name Sinoptix. (AGC group)

During the same year AGC developed Sinoptix Distribution, supporting Western high technology products distribution in China by proactively seeking out buyers followed to our established network within the optical and metal industry.

Today AGC is one of the oldest Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise in China that offers Subcontracting and/or purchasing support to worldwide SMEs with a focus on China.

Our extensive network and experience allows us to successfully provide manufacturing solutions related to mechanical, plastic and other parts ensuring quality, lead times and of course costs performance.

The team: Our team combines Chinese and Foreign engineering skills from various industries. This is one of AGC biggest assets enabling clients to use their mother tongue to interact with AGC employees.

Our factories: Small factories seldom mange to standout and are not necessarily listed on Alibaba or other sites although their quality and prices are indeed attractive. AGC seeks out these factories, audits them and ensure they can meet demands.

Quality control: Quality is important and requires a team of trained quality control staff to ensure compliance. AGC technicians provide in house quality control on 100% production within AGC facilities for a faster project management and customer response.
