In 1997, invested by Air Sea Group and Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd, Shanghai Air Sea Transport Incorporation was opened which is also a class freight forwarder and a member of the IATA, CIFA, Shanghai International Forwarder Association and Shanghai Shipping Trading Exchange. In the past 8 years, it has experienced fast-stepping advancement and gradually set up its branches and offices in Suzhou, Xiamen, Chengdu, Wuhan, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Changzhou, Wuxi, Kunshan, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Qingdao, Tianjin, Wenzhou, Changsha, Kunming, Nanchang, Zhongshan, etc and a vast sales and operational infrastructure has come into being.In 2002, Air Sea Group invested 12 million RMB to establish Shanghai Bondex Logistics Co., LTD. The business scope mainly covers container transportation, general cargo transportation, non-vessel transportation as well as national air transportation services. There are 60 trucks and 14 container-styled vans. All of them are supervised by the China Customs Bureau.
