In September 2019, the company was founded by the Founder Alex Bao, who LED a group of core technology experts and outstanding management talents from the sensor business units of Fortune 500 companies, well-known American MEMS sensor companies, and A-share listed companies whose main business is sensors to establish AIoTSensing Inc.

The company has invested approximately 60 million RMB, with investors including A-share listed company Founder Fire, Hefei High-tech Investment, and French FORVIA Hella Automotive,  etc.

In September 2021, it was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and passed the re-examination in 2024.

Hefei - MEMS Air Pressure Sensor R&D and Manufacturing Center: It has more than 150 sets of MEMS sensor packaging, calibration, and testing equipment, a 1600m² anti-static clean workshop, and a MEMS barometric pressure sensor packaging and calibration capacity of 15 million pieces/year.

Hangzhou - MEMS Hydraulic Pressure Sensor R&D and Manufacturing Center: Hangzhou AIoTSensing Inc. was established in July 2024 with a registered capital of 30 million RMB; A key introduction project in Hangzhou in 2024; A new 3500m² anti-static clean workshop was put into operation in 2024, with the goal of building a MEMS hydraulic pressure sensor assembly line with a production capacity of 5 million pieces/year.

Passed IATF16949 automotive quality system certification; Sale service network in United States, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Germany, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen,  Hangzhou, Qingdao, Chengdu etc.
