Our main products are; Lease to own, Lease to own helps you to acquire new fixed assets. We are willing to finance maximum up to 80% of the purchase price of the proposed asset. The ownership of the asset will be with our company and will be transferred to your organization upon the completion of the final installment. Sale and lease back, The Sale and lease back facility provides you with additional cash to ease your working capital position. We can buy your recently purchased fixed assets at the current net book value and provide you with financing up to 80% of the value. Property Financing, we also happy to support you providing funds against your existing commercial property as well as if you wish to acquire new commercial property. The period of the financial facility is 36 months in equal installments; however the terms and conditions can be negotiated based on your requirement, financial strength and the nature of the proposed asset.
