Business Description

USDA’s Farm Labor Stabilization Program - Know Your Rights and Resources Project

Alianza is happy to share that we have embarked on a new initiative, the Know Your Rights and Resources (KYRR) project under a cooperative agreement with USDA, as part of USDA’s Farm Labor Stabilization and Protection (FLSP) pilot program. The new USDA pilot addresses farm labor challenges, including improving working conditions for farmworkers. The KYRR component of the pilot will help ensure that all farmworkers within the FLSP program have access to accurate information and credible resource connections within their worksite communities.

Alianza Nacional de Campesinas, in partnership with four of its member organizations is honored to receive a $48.2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) through the Farm and Food Workers Relief Grant Program to distribute relief funds to more than 64,000 farm and food workers.

Alianza Nacional de Campesinas is the first national women farmworkers’ organization in the U. S. created by current and former women farmworkers, along with women who hail from farmworker families.

Our mission is to unify the struggle to promote women farmworker’s leadership in a national movement to create broader visibility and advocate for changes that ensure their human rights.

As an organization by and for campesinas organizing their communities for labor standards that center worker health and safety, for immigrant and migrant justice, and for an end to gender-based violence, we work at the intersection of gender, migrant, labor, and climate justice. We work for sustainable and healthy communities where campesinas and their families can live well and thrive.

Opinion: Few standards exist to protect farmworkers from the extreme heat that has only worsened because of climate change. That's got to change. Click here

‘El Pueblo Cuida Al Pueblo’ In June of 2021 Alianza was granted 8 million dollars by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). With that funding we joined forces with 24 different organizations and groups to bring much needed information on the Covid-19 vaccine to our rural and farmworker communities across 20 states in the US and parts of Puerto Rico.

Alianza Nacional de Campesinas was launched in 2011 after many years of conversations with women farmworkers throughout the United States and Mexico. For years, women farmworkers and advocates organized and engaged in activities in their home states and communities, which were aimed at securing help and resources for women farmworkers on many issues, including domestic violence, sexual harassment, basic employment rights, healthcare, education, housing, immigration and other issues.  Over the years it became clear that it was necessary to unite these efforts at a national level in order to have the greatest impact possible.

Business Overview

Avg Response Time

Farmers in Latin America often grow multiple crops together to manage risk and use land efficiently. ALIANZA CAMPESINA FLORA NUEVA SA offers a diverse range of products including coffee, avocado, cacao nuts, plantain, and pineapple — a mix that appeals to buyers looking for both staple and specialty tropical goods. The lack of verified contact details like phone, work email, or business documents raises concerns about legitimacy and responsiveness. Without revenue or workforce data, it's hard to assess the scale or stability of operations. Buyers should verify the company's identity and request proof of ownership or production records before placing any orders. This lack of verification increases the risk of dealing with a non-operational or fraudulent entity. A verified account email is especially important for establishing trust in international trade.
