Our model for quality ensures that we do not over commit on order quantities so that we can assess quality on more regular intervals and put measures in to correct the supply if we feel quality has fallen below acceptable thresholds.

For many of the faster moving products in the Allmakes 4x4 range, we offer a number of options to satisfy customer preferences. We can offer the Genuine product straight from the vehicle manufacturer, this is often the most expensive choice but you're assured of genuine quality. We also offer an OE equivalent products from a wide range of OEM brands which are often the same product you would purchase from the manufacturer but not in a genuine box. We also offer Quality Aftermarket brands, where other manufacturers have made an equivalent part as a cheaper alternative to the Genuine or OE options. The result is a broad and varied choice of products that can accommodate any price, brand or quality preferences that you or your customer may have.

We invest heavily in people and systems to be able to offer our customers an exceptional level of care. Our dedicated account managers and order fulfilment teams are equipped with state of the art data systems, electronic cataloguing and technical data and are able to assist our customers with all manner of technical and non-technical enquiries.

Our sales staff are all experienced in automotive sales and we have language speakers within the team to assist those whose primary language isn't English. Inclusion in the PR2 range is a two way street. Products and Suppliers of those products must continuously perform to maintain their PR2 status. Prolonged periods of a product being below expected standards will result in the product being removed from the range.
