It’s time for something new when it comes to caviar. That’s why, with Prestige, Pure und Quaviar, there are now three AKI product lines that look – and truly are – completely different. They show on the outside what makes us who we are on the inside: freshness and naturalness, nonchalance and joie de vivre – and the freedom to enjoy the caviar of your choice however, wherever and whenever you want.

Why are we of all companies – one of the caviar establishments most steeped in tradition in the world – bringing a real breath of fresh air to the topic of caviar? Because we are convinced that caviar is so timeless and fresh that it can be at home anytime, anywhere. And that many more people than before should get to enjoy it.

We are liberating caviar from old prejudices. And proving with our products just how natural, diverse and simply delicious caviar is – whether it is part of a five-course menu or on a slice of freshly baked bread. We put all our expertise, experience and our unique love of caviar into it. And have done since 1925.

Exciting news for us and all those who love caviar and new food ideas: PEARLOSSOL, the first AKI caviar bar, is open in Berlin’s KaDeWe. ‘Fine Snacking’ is what we call the concept with which we want to surprise and inspire our guests. That means: caviar classics with a twist, regional ingredients and no fear of doing things differently.

We are (almost) 100. And never stand still.
