They may not be relied upon by any other party other than the Person or Persons and /or Company to whom they have been addressed. Further should these documents be copied, distributed or divulged to any other party other than those to whom they are addressed a damages payment of Euro 500,000 is payable by the Person or Persons and /or Company to whom they have been addressed to AMEC Europe Ltd. Any such damages payment will only be required upon AMEC Europe Ltd providing evidence of any breach of the confidentiality and upon issuance by AMEC Europe Ltd of a demand for payment.
