I have just returned from a holiday in Ireland and London. I have coeliac disease and I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed your gluten free products. They are so much more than palatable than the Australian version which I have to toast before I eat any forms of the bread...Thank you for making my holiday even better and congratulations on making really nice gluten free food.

I've been on a Gluten free diet for over 50 years so I've had ample opportunity to try just about every gluten free product on the market for the past several decades, at home and abroad. I can honestly say that your lemon cake bites are the best of their kind. They are simply EXCELLENT, which explains why the shelf where they should sit is too often empty. The individual packaging is a welcome added bonus. Very well done!!!
