YOKO Onsen Quang Hanh is the most extensive Japanese Onsen facility built in Vietnam. Leading Japanese architects and specialists from NKV try to ensure the “spirit” of the Onsen, the efficiency, and the accuracy of the building.

Da Nhim Hydropower Plant is a multi-purpose hydroelectricity project that yearly generates more than 1.1 billion kWh for socio-economic development in the Ninh Thuan province delta. The Da Nhim hydropower expansion project will add 80 MW of hydroelectric generating equipment (80 MW 1 unit) to the existing Da Nhim power plant (40 MW 4 units), increasing the overall peak production to 240 MW.

Cai Mep Ha Logistics center has a total area of 1,763 ha, including 3 main areas: Logistics Center and Cai Mep Ha port; Water surface area; Land for clean energy area and surface water area. NKV has excellently won the First Prize of the International Architecture Competition for the 1/2000 conceptual zoning master plan (2017) and was proudly awarded for the Silver Award of the Second Vietnam Urban Planning Award (VUPA 2020).

This project is one of three deep-water seaports of Viet Nam, designed as a specialized port with the capacity to receive cargo ships of up to 100,000 DWT and container ships with loading capacities from 6,000 to 8,000 TEUs.

NKV supported NK senior experts to carry out the due diligence services to evaluate technical aspects including risk identifying for 11 hydropower plants in Vietnam (Nho Que 1,2,3, Ho Ho, Nam Muc, Long Tao, Dak MI 4A B, C, Bin Dien, Ta Trach) in 2015 and 7 hydropower plants in 2016 (Dak Srong 2, 2A, 3A, 3B, Ba Thuoc 1 & 2, Van Chan).
