Koufeta Amygdalou Geroskipou are roasted sugared almonds, white coloured with an oval/almond shape.

Paphitiki Pissa (Paphos Gum) is a traditional Cypriot natural product, excreted from the Tremithia tree (i.e. Pistachia Atlantica, Pistachia Palestina and Pistachia Terebinthous) and is collected particularly in Paphos from ancient times.
