Apparels Village Limited was founded back in the year 2002 as a concern of Faiyaz Group with Md. Monir Hossain as its Managing Director. Specializing in vertical knit composite textile, AVL started their services and consistently upgraded and improved its quality and delivery over time. In 2006, they made massive upgrades to Twenty Garments Line, Eight Circular Knitting Machines and 4 Flat Knitting Machines from only Three Garment Lines, Six Circular Knitting machines and Two Flat Knitting Machines. From then on, AVL’s innovation, upgrades and improvements continued, and from the year 2012, they started focusing on HR and Operations. But they are also continuing their internal system upgrades. This become their turning stone and made them shine like bright star in the apparel textile industry.

We have a dedicated clearing and forwarding management system facilitating us with prioritized good handling and customs clearing. This system helps to reduce the lead time and fast-track the overall SCM system, which takes us ahead of others. Our quality inspection team is capable of maintaining self-inspection on behalf of our clients. We ensure that we are always ready to follow and align with our buyer’s needs and specifications to provide excellent quality products on time. Moreover, our raw material sourcing from experienced producers and trust from our reputed partners put us on a whole new level.

AVL production unit is located in Dhaka, just 17 km away from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, sitting under 3.62 acres of land. To accommodate employee needs and safety, the company has built production units strategically. It has been carefully divided and structured into green spaces and production & utility area. The green space comprises 20% of the whole production area, which works to provide a clean, refreshing and environmentally safe working environment for our employees and workers.
