Akin Piston Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. (APS Piston), which started its business in 2012 with quality of Original Equipment Manufacturer and policy of high customer satisfaction, has 7900 m2 indoor area located in Konya region of Turkey. We, as APS Piston, are a company expecting to achieve same satisfaction with our employees to form strongly bonded team, which is required for continuous development of the company. Our company started producing critical/high precision pistons and pins from aluminum alloys for passenger cars, both heavy and commercial vehicles, diesel engines for power generation, compressors, etc. To achieve Original Equipment quality, APS brand pistons are manufactured from primery aluminum melted by latest technology induction furnaces. After microstructure controls done by spectrometer and metal microscope, approved aluminum alloys poured by self-produced and designed PLC controlled automatic casting machines into also self-manufactured gravity casting tools. All processes are done according to our expected quality standard control plans.
