Ideal candidates have the following characteristics:

Revenues: $1 - $10M+

Product mix: primarily tax, bookkeeping, payroll, outsourced CFO services/advisory (minimal audit / attestation work)

Client focus: primarily small to medium sized businesses (5-300 employees)

Employees: 5+ (at least one partner willing to remain for transition period of at least 18 months)

Geography: nationwide (no strong preferences)

We partner with leading accounting and tax practices who are excited about building the next chapter together alongside experts. We target 30 days to close, no financing contingency, majority cash, and a thoughtful approach to a transition.
