Ashbourne Meat Processors have been exporting premium chilled Irish beef products to international markets since 1985. Our loyal farming partners supply the best possible grass fed cattle to our facility in the heart of Ireland each week. The company has forged strong relationships with farmers throughout Ireland who trust in our Animal Welfare Standards and our commitment to paying top prices without delay for their staff.

Ashbourne Meat Processors employ nearly 200 people and operates from two facilities located in Ireland. Slaughtering and cold-storage facilities in Roscrea with deboning and cold storage facilities in Naas.
Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board - administer and monitor our beef processing ensuring the highest standards throughout production. Bord Bia aims to have all schemes accredited to international norms, specifically EN45011.
The British Retail Consortium (BRC) first introduced its Global Standard for Food Safety in 1998. Today the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety has almost 16,000 certified sites in over 100 countries world-wide. Ashbourne Meats are a BRC certified site in Ireland.
