We provide year round childcare services for children ranging between 8 weeks old all the way up to age 11.
Our centre is community focused and acts as a hub to provide something for every age group within the local community.
There’s always something going on at CCCAD, from open days to new groups and events with available spaces!
Childcare and Community Centre Ashton and District (CCCAD) is a non-profit organisation, built to provide childcare service and a community hub that covers groups for people of all ages.
Our Nursery is a first class service managed by a dedicated nursery team who are passionate about helping children to learn, develop and thrive throughout their early years, and the reviews that we get from parents speak for themselves!
Our Community Groups are set up to cover a range of different activities to provide a variety of things to do for everyone in the local community, providing services and facilities for education, recreation and leisure to give a safe and comfortable space for all!
We even offer a full room hire service for businesses and individuals to host a variety of events, and thanks to our convenient location close to Ashton town centre, we’re easy for you and your guests to find.

Little Giraffes is our dedicated rooms for 0-2 year olds, with separate spaces for crawlers and walkers to develop and grow.
Our Little Hedgehogs room is the next step up, for children aged 2-3 years old, with all the tools they need to build their independence.
Little Monkeys is our pre-school room for children aged 3-5 years old, providing high quality early education and activities.
Yes, all fees are paid year round except for Bank Holidays and a week at Christmas when Nursery is closed.

Great nursery. My boy loves coming. He started at nine months and is now three. The staff are patient and approachable. They have high expectations of the children, which I think is fantastic. There are so many different activities and themed days too. I really feel my child has benefited both socially and academically from coming here. Thank you.
Our two children have been attending this nursery for a while. Our first went through the nursery to its after-school club, which has been informative and helpful. It has helped her to prepare for reception class on which it has had a positive impact. That was the main reason that we sent our second child to the nursery. We are seeing the same impact with him as well, more positive vibes to come!
My daughter came here nearly 12 months ago. The staff here got to know her personally and within a couple of days here she was so confident with all staff members who she met. She runs into nursery and looks forward to going every morning. Her routine has been amazing and she has come on so much since being here. I go to work knowing confidently that my daughter is well looked after.
