Following a succession of port strikes throughout Canada during the past few weeks, all ports and terminals have reopened this week after the government intervened.

Negotiations to finalise master contracts for port workers on the US East and Gulf coasts have broken down again, as the risk of a January strike heightens.

Guarulhos Airport (GRU) in São Paulo, Latin America’s largest air cargo gateway, has suspended receiving import general cargo for five days from 7th to 11th November.
