Auscare Group WA is a 100% West Australian family owned and operated company based in Perth.  Since 2009, Auscare has been supporting and working together with tens of thousands of Australians and their loved ones to prioritise their health and wellbeing. 

Our focus is in the areas of community care veterans, disability, supported accommodation, and healthcare training. Auscare provides government funded services through a range of programs.

Auscare Clinical Director, Mrs Veronicah de Boer, is a Registered Nurse and Midwife, with 20 years of experience in the Health Sector and the Chief financial Director, Mr Tony de Boer, possesses over 30 years of corporate experience and under his astute leadership.

We pride ourselves on a family-first approach and are committed to our team of nurses, allied health, carers, practitioners, and operational staff who are personally selected to provide the highest level of service and care in a holistic and person centred approach.

We understand the needs of our older Australians and Veterans and provide Home Care, Commonwealth Home  Support, Private Care and Acute Care Services.
