Avens Pure (Thai) co.ltd. is a foodstuffs manufactory, which focuses on producing easy-to-make Thai food and specialized in manufacturing instant glass noodles. We consider that Thai food has unique culture and it is good to delivery customers our products with Thai culture, so we concentrate on adding Thai elements in our products. Thai food is well known for balance three or four taste in each dish: sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Besides Thai food is spicy and emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. Thai dishes use widely variety of herbs, such as kaffir lime leaves, they are used in Thai soup to make special flavor. In order to provide customer traditional Thai food, the ingredients and food we used are fresh and high quality. Then, we keep on improving our production technique to make high grade Thai food. For example, the freeze-drying technique has been used in dry ingredients’ process to keep food nutrition. Moreover we use the propylene package box for our instant glass noodles, because the propylene package is made from heatproof plastic(120℃), so it is good for health. We get identifications about the quality management system of ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008, and then received the standard certification from HACCP and HALAL.
