Business Description
Our family-run company, now in its second generation, manufactures speciality cheese. Since 2013, at our site in Bad Bramstedt, in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein, we have been manufacturing our vegan cheese substitute, Veggi Filata – which is 100% vegan, 100% organic. Our guiding principle during development was to avoid the use of chemical additives such as phosphate, artificial stabilising agents and preservatives entirely. From this, our organic Veggi Filata was created, using ecologically cultivated natural ingredients of organic quality. We believe that Veggi Filata will enrich the diets of vegans and vegetarians alike. The excellent melting properties of Veggi Filata make it ideal for pizzas and gratin dishes. In its original state, it can also be used as a salad topping or in a sandwich. Feel free to use organic Veggi Filata in place of any traditional cheese. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how versatile it is!
