Above Board Manufacturing LP is an industry leader in building and supplying heavy duty industrial steel-framed workbenches and worktables. We offer three workbench models to choose from, the Basix, Benchmarx, and Delux.

In 1989, Above Board Manufacturing LP opened its tubular steel framed industrial workbench plant in Hutto; which is conveniently located eighteen miles Northeast of Austin, Texas. Above Boards client basis is vast in its numbers. We manufacture work benches for individuals and small companies, government agencies and universities, as well as multibillion dollar organizations.

Our workbenches and worktables are perfect for packing and shipping benches, production and assembly tables, computer work stations, and foremen's desks. Our workbenches are crafted out of 16 gauge 1" x 2" and 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" tubular steel, these worktables are extremely rigid. Once assembled and welded together, our benches are capable of weight loads of 1,100+ lbs. Evenly distributed. The work surface comes standard with a high pressure plastic laminate (PLAM) and features a radiused comfort edge. Upgrade to our electrostatic dissipative (ESD) plastic laminate to ensure delicate electronic component safety, insures safe electronic assembly without worry of microchip damage due to static charges. Our chemical safe top protects from hazardous materials for applications chemistry and biology labs.
