Business Description
Agrotek Concepts Limited is a Ugandan, women-led agribusiness established in 2016, specialising in horticultural sourcing, aggregation, wholesale distribution, agricultural value addition and international trade.
We operate as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier, connecting agricultural producers in Uganda with commercial buyers across domestic, regional and international markets.
Our company works with a network of approximately 150 smallholder farmers and produce suppliers, enabling us to coordinate sourcing, consolidate supply and respond to the procurement requirements of wholesalers, importers, distributors, supermarkets, hospitality businesses and other institutional buyers.
With experience supplying established retail and hospitality customers in Uganda, Agrotek has developed practical capabilities in procurement planning, quality assessment, sorting, grading, packaging, order fulfilment, logistics coordination and customer relationship management.
International Trade Experience
Agrotek has undertaken export shipments to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, gaining experience in international buyer requirements, export documentation, quality specifications, shipment preparation and logistics coordination.
Alongside our existing international trading activities, we are actively developing regional B2B opportunities within the East African Community, particularly in Rwanda, Kenya and neighbouring markets.
Our objective is to establish sustainable commercial relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, retail chains and other institutional buyers seeking reliable agricultural sourcing partnerships from Uganda.
Quality and Supply Chain Management
Agrotek places strong emphasis on quality assurance, responsible sourcing, traceability and compliance with customer requirements. We continue to strengthen our post-harvest handling, packaging, operational documentation and food safety systems to support consistent commercial supply.
Our approach combines a network of agricultural producers with coordinated procurement, product inspection, order management and delivery planning.
We recognise that successful B2B trading requires transparent communication, competitive quotations, dependable fulfilment and the ability to respond to changing customer specifications.
Smallholder Farmer Partnerships
Smallholder farmer inclusion is an important part of our business model. Through our sourcing network, we seek to create commercial market opportunities for farmers while strengthening quality, supply coordination and participation in structured agricultural value chains.
Our Business Commitment
Agrotek is committed to developing long-term, mutually beneficial B2B partnerships built on professionalism, transparent communication, quality, reliability and commercial integrity.
We welcome enquiries from verified international importers, wholesale buyers, distributors, retail procurement teams and strategic trading partners interested in establishing sustainable supply relationships with Uganda.
