TABLE LINEN , Table cover, Placemat, Bread Basket, Runner, Napkins, Chair pad etc. BED LINEN , Flat Sheet , Fitted Sheet, Pillow cover, Duvet set, Sheet set etc. BLANKETS , Thermal Blankets, Bath Blankets, Receiving Blankets. AUTO DETAILING , Car wash Terry Towels, Shop Towels, Flannel Duster, Knitted Rags, Polishing Cloth. PAINT DETAILING , Terry Towels, Painter Rags, Polishing Cloth and Drop Cloth.

With our capacities as :

Grey Fabric Production : Plain fabric 12 million meters per annum Dobby fabric 2 miillion meters per annum Made-ups Production : Towels 1 million pounds per annum Bathrobe 0.2 million pieces per annum Kitchen & Table linen 1.2 million retail packed per annum Bedlinen 0.6 million sets per annum Thermal Blankets 1 million pieces per annum Shop towels 10,000 bales per annum

Machinery Details :

WEAVING

Unit # 1 ; 67 Sulzer looms, 130" / 153" , 30000 sq.ft.

Unit # 2 ; 24 Sulzer looms, 85" / 110" / 130",

          Doubling TFO Savio, Warping machine, 15000 sq.ft.

200 Sulzer looms running on subcontractor basis.

PROCESSING

All on subcontractors, with a good Quality Control on it.

CONFECTIONING

Unit # 1 ; 20 JUKI Single Needle, 6 Juki Overlock

For thermal, bath blanket, receiving blankets and towels, 7500 sq.ft

Unit # 2 ; 15 JUKI Single Needle, 5 Safety, 1 Kansai, 1 Cutting Machine

for bedding, Aprons, gloves, pot holder etc. 7500 sq.ft.

WAREHOUSE : 13500 sq.f.t

Yarn storage , Finished goods storage and Bailing.

Total we have a working are of 85000 sq.ft. including offices and stores.

We are manufacturing and Exporting all the above goods with Quality More than your Expectation.

At present we are exporting goods in USA and Europe.
