All States Plastic Manufacturing Co. Was incorporated in 1963, the outgrowth of a company that previously produced molds, tools, and dies. Our product line was injection molded nylon cable clamps. In 1982, All States Plastic Manufacturing Co. Changed ownership, management, and marketing direction. One of the major new aims was to sell All-States brand name products to the end-user through stocking distributors. We have since since built up a quality network of Value-Plus distributors to effectively serve our customers. The company name was changed, in 1984, to All-States INC. To reflect our commitment to growth in existing and future markets, including non-plastic products. The new management team, marketing our own brand name, has established All-States as a vigorous, effective contributor to the industry.
