Alloy Hardfacing and Engineering has been in business since 1952, operating at its current Jordan, Minnesota location for ten (10) years. Alloy is a Minnesota Custom Fabrication Company that incorporates Machining, Grinding, Fabrication and Welding processes to manufacture process equipment for food and food related industries. We are proud of our history as both a Minnesota Custom Fabrication and Minnesota Custom Welding Supplier. While it is a smaller portion of our business, Alloy is equally proud of our history as a Minnesota Job Shop, manufacturing a broad variety of products based on the designs and needs of other U.S. suppliers. Alloy forms Carbon and Stainless steel in to various shapes and assemblies ranging from small parts weighing a few pounds to complete assemblies weighing in excess of 150 ton. Alloy works with material thickness from light gauge thickness 16 - 18 gauge all the way up to and including 3 inches. In addition to manufacturing, during our more than fifty year history, Alloy has also functioned as an authorized rebuilding station, system integrator, or manufacturer&＃039;s representative for companies such as Allbright Nell Company (ANCO), Rietz, Anderson International and others. Alloy is now working iwth LYCO Manufacturing offering Screening and Food Processing Solutions. Alloy products are marketed globally by applications and sales staff maintained at its world headquarters in Jordan, Minnesota, U.S.A.
