Since 1986, Alpar Ltd has been serving to dairy industry with engineering projects and consultancy. Initially, Alpar Ltd carried out consultancy service on technological issues for more than 200 enterprises. Starting from 1989, expanded its staff to supply project demands of dairy factories in architectural, statically, mechanical and electrical fields. Up to now, the company has realized 77 national and international projects. Apart from Dr. Okan Alpar, who is a dairy technologist and the owner of the company, an architect, a civil engineer, a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer work in the Alpar Ltd. The Alpar Ltd carries out feasibility study, location selection, capacity and product component determination, project preparation (architectural, machinery layout, flowcharts, statical, mechanical and electrical diagrams), technology and machinery selection, product development, key-turn consultancy from ground-breaking to commissioning and detailed projects for dairy enterprises. Moreover, the company carries out installation and activation of projected facilities. In the last 25 years, capacity of dairy enterprises has been increased in parallel with developments in Turkey and the world. Taking these developments into consideration, Alpar Ltd. realized ??1 are in Turkey and 6 are on abroad??77 small and big scaled-projects in which production capacity increased from 5-30 ton/day to 100-1000 ton/day.
