Business Overview

Avg Response Time

≤ 1h

Alpha Electric Co. Sdn. Bhd. is a long-standing supplier from Malaysia, having operated since 1990 — a strong signal of stability and experience in the market. Their core products, water heaters, instant electric water heaters, and shower systems, are in high demand in regions with growing home electrification. Being based in Malaysia gives them access to a well-established manufacturing base with strong supply chains for electrical goods. However, the lack of verified phone, work email, and business documents raises red flags about their legitimacy and responsiveness. Buyers should treat this as a risk — especially when placing large orders or negotiating terms. Without verified contact points, it's hard to confirm availability, respond to urgent issues, or verify real-time updates. While the company's long history is a positive, it's not enough without clear, verifiable communication channels. Buyers are advised to request additional documentation or third-party verification before committing to any purchase.
