Alpsan Company, established in 1985 and it is one of the largest Aluminum and Extruder in Turkey. During this time Alpsan increased its capacity to 11.000MT/year in Aluminum profiles with three Aluminum extrusion lines. The objective of our product line is to provide the best quality with competitive prices and this purpose has made us one of the fastest growing companies in Turkey.

Our plants are located in Gebze near by Istanbul. In our Plants aluminum profiles with a capacity of 11.000 MT/year. In this plant we have three extrusion lines big one is 1650MT, the other is 1320MT and the smaller 700 MT.With our small extrusion line we produce mostly decorative profiles like finishing, billboard, furniture, etc.

Our quality has been certificated with ISO 9001:2008 and our system can follow and monitor our entire product information, from raw material to the delivered products. Also our anodized profiles have been certificated by the QUALANOD certificate, which is very well respected and acknowledged around the Europe.

We can offer mill, painted and anodized finishes in several lengths or cut to specific customer requirements. With the added advantage of in-house fabrication equipment we can also make applications such as drill, mill, slot and machine all aluminum profiles and tubes to exact requirements. In our Mechanical Process section we can provide many different kinds of application. With our CNC-Elumatec machinery we are able to reach very small tolerances upon request.

In our anodize section we offer Natural, gold, brown and black colors. The surface treatment can be shiny, matt or E6. Upon requests we can apply wire brushing or tinex surface as well.

We manufacture these kinds of plastic profiles in our plastic plant: Roller Shutter, Wall Covering, Ceramic Tiles, profiles for special purpose.

Thus, Alpsan export its products to Germany, Austria, France, Holland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Iraq, Slovakia, Kazakhstan and Turkish Republics.
