At Amazing Tuna Company, one can taste the difference in our carefully selected fresh raw materials. We work entirely with longline vessels for our sashimi tuna, which is the method of catch globally recognised as providing the highest quality of the freshest sashimi tuna. On top of that, we work exclusively with experienced fishermen who are experts in the Ikejime technique, which promotes to develop and lock in more Umami (savouriness) in our succulent luscious premium sashimi tuna.
