Ambica Pharma Machines Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly Ambica Machine Tools Co.) [an ISO-9001: 2000 certified], pioneers in the development and manufacture of Pharmaceutical machinery, founded by late Mr. Kalidas Mistry in 1970. He was posthumously honored with award of Innovator in the 41st Indian Pharmaceutical Congress held at Mumbai in 1989 as he was really the 1st man in India who developed Labeling Machine and Introducer of Advanced Technology in Labeling Operation to the country. Under his leadership in the last three decades, company became one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Pharmaceutical Machineries particularly for Powder Filling and Labeling under renowned brand name AMBICA. Our machines cover the entire gamut of Filling and labeling needs. Injectable / Dry Syrup Powder Filling lines consisting of Filling, Sealing and Labeling Machines. Ours innovative nature has LED to the development of the first completely automatic Powder Filling, Rubber Stoppering, Cap Sealing and Labeling Machines manufactured not only in India but the whole Asia. The Automatic Wet Glue Round Bottle Labeling Machine, Model AHL-150 has accredited as the most successful, effective and economical Labeling Machine in the world. Every multinational, Large, Medium or Small size companies using this machine for labeling their products. Ahl-150 is very rigid as well as hardy and does not need skilled labour to operate it. The same machine can be used for labeling of different sizes of products by changing very few Parts. Today, AMBICA enjoys the major market share in labeling machine due to its dedicated involvement in the field of Bottle & Vial Labeling. Ambica also supplies these Parts at a fraction of the cost of these parts in the open market. This pricing also helps to reinforce the success of AHL-150. So we are emphasizing that this is one of the most economic machines for labeling operation. Our machines are built to suit all kinds of needs and offer labeling Machines both Wet Glue and Self-adhesive at the speed of 60-300 Containers per minute. While Injectable Powder Filling Machines with the inbuilt Rubber Stopper Applier giving an output of 60-240 vials per minute, Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machines have output upto 100 BPM. Now we proudly state that over 1000 Labeling machines and 200 Sterile Power Filling lines have been installed in India and different part of the world. Keeping in mind the new small-scale companies that are emerging in the market, we are engaged in the development of a new and economical low-speed semi-automatic Wet Glue & Sticker Labeling Machines. These machines are capable to label upto 40 / min. We have recently marketed various models to suit labeling on Ampoules / Syringes / Pens / Pet Jars etc. Besides Flat Bottle / Double Side Labeling Machines at affordable prices. The Rotary type Labeling Machines are at present undergoing rigorous research and testing to meet the thrust of the Liquor / Bottling industry and we hope these can be launched in the market by the end of this year.
