AmerNational, LLC DSTEC is an OEM supplier of Heavy-Duty Truck and Automotive forged and cast components based in Livonia, Michigan, USA. Components are manufactured in the countries of China and Romania according to customer OEM specifications by our QS 9000 certified facilities.
PROCESS Upon receipt of RFQ, customer is timely provided; piece price, tooling, terms and lead time. Acknowledged approval and purchase order immediately begins the sample and PPAP documentation process to meet or exceed customer expectation. Upon testing and PPAP approval, components are immediately scheduled for production. Completed and inspected components are packaged in rust inhibiting, internationally approved packaging/crates, loaded and transported via 20ft. And 40 ft. Containers to the United States port of Charleston, South Carolina and are warehoused in our Allen Park, Michigan or Sumter, South Carolina facilites.
AmerNational is a turn key, full service, value added supplier providing manufacturing and engineering support as well as domestic and international transportation, customs clearance and warehouse and distribution services for our customers.
