Business Description
Since 1966 American Wood Fibers has converted wood by-products into useful consumer products. Over the past 47 years we have expanded to 10 facilities across the USA, 300 employees, and 500,000 tons of wood and natural fiber processing. In 2005 we begun producing hardwood pellets in our Ohio facility. In 2009 we added hardwood pellet production to our Virginia facility. We have been active on US Pellet Fuels Institute (PFI) Board of Directors for many years and also the Biomass Thermal Energy Council.
