AA Food Factory is well-equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, Plant and machinery, Warehouse, Storage, and Laboratory in compliance with food safety and quality requirements. Our trained technicians, quality analysts, workers, and support staff ensure purity, quality, and complete traceability. We are registered with renowned food standard certifying agencies by Govt. of India i.e. EIC [Export Inspection Council of India], FSSAI [Food Safety and Standards Authority of India], APEDA [Agricultural & Processed Food Products Development Authority], Apex Chamber of Commerce & Industry, etc. including SFDA [Saudi Food & Drug Administration], Halal, BRC [British Retail Consortium] Certification, USFDA [US Food & Drug Administration], and TSH [True Source Certification], which are necessary to do the Export in overseas market.

Regular inspection is held, and the production & filtration process is closely monitored to ensure complete drills in hygiene and sanitation in accordance with the US FDA parameters. We routinely send samples of raw honey and processed Honey to Intertek & QSI laboratories in Germany to obtain the analysis reports of Heavy Metals, C13 & other antibiotics tests. Our in-house laboratory also conducts tests to monitor and assess the content of Color, Moisture, HMF, and antibiotics. Subsequently, the processed honey is examined again by Intertek or QSI in Germany in regard to the technical specifications. Thus, we guarantee the quality of each honey consignment.

We also provide a third-party intervention to ensure that the product is delivered per the client’s requirements. Any other tests requested by you can also be undertaken. We take complete responsibility for our product as well as the specifications as reported in the contract. Honey consignments are shipped to customers with all the necessary documents & certificates.
