Seller Bank responds to the Buyer’s Bank by Swift MT799 confirmation That they are in Possession of FULL POP Documents and also the FULL POP Documents that has been lodged with them including the Tank Receipt Dip Test Authorization/SGS that is available in the tank and all this POP Documents will be Release To Buyer Bank on receipt of Buyer MT103/23 8. Buyer provides conditional MT103/23 to Seller’s Bank. 9.
