Our production process integrates advanced automation with precision engineering to ensure superior product quality, consistency, and scalability.

   Automated Robotic Welding Station: The chassis and key structural components are manufactured in our fully automated robotic welding workshop. Equipped with multiple 6-axis industrial robotic arms, this system ensures millimeter-perfect weld seams, exceptional structural integrity, and repeatable high strength. It significantly enhances safety and product durability while maximizing production efficiency.

   Streamlined Assembly Production Lines: Our factory features a linear, modular assembly system designed for optimal workflow. The process flow is:

       Frame Preparation & Painting: Welded frames move to an automated pretreatment and powder-coating line for a corrosion-resistant, durable finish.

       Main Line Assembly: The coated chassis proceeds down the main conveyor, where modules are integrated systematically: Axle and suspension installation, powertrain mounting (motor, controller), electrical wiring harness fitting, and battery pack installation.

       Final Assembly & Trimming: This stage includes mounting the cab/body panels, lighting systems, instrumentation, and seating.

       Quality Verification Gates: At each critical junction, dedicated quality control (QC) stations conduct rigorous inspections, including electrical system diagnostics, brake tests, and full vehicle road simulation tests.

Quality is embedded at every stage. Beyond inline checks, every finished e-tricycle undergoes a comprehensive Final Inspection Protocol (FIP), covering water resistance, load capacity, range verification, and full functional safety tests to meet international standards.
