April Badge and Mint Company manufactures badges for law enforcement and fire departments. The company has been in business for many years and is recognized for quality badges that it manufactures.
All April Badges are die struck from our special alloys. A base material has a solid silver color or a solid gold color throughout and requires no surface plating unless it is requested by the customer.
All our badges are highly polished to a brilliant luster with our own special compound and then a clear baking powder is applied to enhance its durability.
Only cloisonne enamel is used and is applied in a moist form to the ribbons and seals. It is then fused at 1450 degrees. All items in the catalog, except where noted, may be fabricated in 14K or 10K solid gold, gold filled sterling silver or plated. Please specify any precious metals.
