1. Introduce buyers, sellers, and counterparties
2. Support procurement and sourcing activities
3. Assist in structuring commercial terms and transaction frameworks
4. Coordinate due diligence and verification processes
5. Support negotiations through to transaction completion

Audare operates on a non-exclusive or exclusive basis, as agreed, and acts in an advisory and facilitation capacity unless otherwise specified in writing.
