At Bacha Coffee, attentive handling of each harvest from cultivation to bean selection is just as important as our artisanal roast. By sourcing each harvest directly from coffee planters, we ensure the very best cultivation techniques are always applied, guaranteeing the freshest beans will be selected and carefully handled even before they reach our roasting facility.

Bacha Coffee specialises in 100 percent pure Arabica and provides customers with a unique opportunity to travel the world through their cups, tasting only the very best Arabica harvests. Even our distinctive blends and flavoured coffees are produced using only Arabica beans in order to give coffee lovers the widest choice, without ever sacrificing quality or flavour.

Eschewing the industrial shock roasting methods prevalent today, our gourmet coffees are roasted according to traditional slow methods using low temperatures in our drum roaster. Since each variety of coffee requires a different degree of roasting, we hand-roast each of our harvests separately, before gently cooling them in fresh air for better preservation.

Bacha Coffee is proud to use the finest natural CO₂ extraction method to produce our 100% Arabica decaffeinated coffee collection. This process is completely natural, does not involve the use of any chemical additives or solvents and is the most effective way to keep the unique flavours and characteristics of each coffee intact.

Bacha Coffee announces the grand opening of its first 380 sq m. flagship in Seoul along the celebrated Cheongdam-dong. The first stand-alone destination in Korea takes guests on a journey of sensations with a two-storey concept which incorporates a coffee room, boutique and takeaway experience all in a single captivating space. Upon entry, Bacha Coffee’s boutique offers guests an extensive range of coffee beans, packaged coffees, gifts, gourmet items and accessories. The takeaway experience features a selection of over 200 varieties of 100% Arabica prepared either hot or iced, for guests to enjoy alongside an assortment of 10 varieties of signature sweet and savoury croissants with other house-made pastries. With a total of 52 seats, the 2nd storey coffee room is adorned with details from its legacy location in Marrakech providing an all-day dining menu, specifically developed to suit Korean tastes, featuring exclusive dishes only available at the Cheongdam flagship location.

Bacha Coffee has landed in the heart of Abu Dhabi, making its debut at The Galleria Mall. Occupying an expanse of over 129 square metres, the brand’s latest location will bring Abu Dhabi a Boutique and Takeaway concept all within an enchanting space. The boutiques beautiful décor allures guests, where framed photographs capturing images of a bygone era in Morocco adorn the space and serve as a reminder of the heritage and legacy of Bacha Coffee. Following the décor, a world of 100% Arabica unfolds where tantalising aromas fill the air beckoning guests to discover the finest harvests from around the world - available as packed coffees or as loose beans to be savoured at home, the office or shared as treasured gifts. Before leaving the boutique, guests are welcome to visit the takeaway counter to enjoy over 200 coffees, served either hot or iced, perfectly paired with a selection of savoury and sweet gourmet croissants to complete any coffee moment on-the-go.

Bacha Coffee is taking flight and launching its largest destination in the world at Singapore Changi Airport’s Terminal 3. The new space is a capacious 7,000 square foot boutique and takeaway destination with magnificent illuminated glass arches that reveal a library of coffee canisters rising 11 metres high. A monumental ceiling embellished by hand-painted stained-glass soars above, bathing the space with the colours of the legendary brand. Here, travellers can find Bacha Coffee’s complete catalogue of 100% Arabica coffees from all corners of the globe and a range of beautifully assembled and location-exclusive gift sets that invoke a sense of travel and adventure. The Coffee Boutique and Takeaway travel flagship will house a bar from which will welcome guests to savour a range of signature croissants and over 200 varieties of fine coffees as they await their next destination. Light bites such as the signature croissants, kouglof and pound cakes are available for takeaway, while newly introduced digital coffee masters are on hand to assist time-strapped travellers with their choice of coffee as they pass through on their journey.

The location comprises a takeaway counter offering more than 200 coffees and an array of signature croissants with sweet or savoury fillings, as well as a retail corner for patrons wishing to bring the adventure home or pick up thoughtful gifts for loved ones. With its inlaid black and white chequered tiles, intricate carved wood and antique mirrors, the space is redolent of the Arabic sophistication of the brand’s birthplace, while the innovation of skylight-inspired lighting bathes the location in radiant light, creating a seamless blend of modernity and tradition.
