Baharoğlu Tarım Ürünleri A.Ş’ faaliyetlerine 1945 yılında aile şirketi olarak başlamıştır. Bu yıllarda eski imalat alanlarında, az makine gücü yüksek el emeğiyle, başta bulgur olmak üzere bakliyat ve kuru gıda ürünlerinde bölgenin ilk üreticilerinden biri olmayı başarmıştır. Yılların verdiği tecrübe ve güven sayesinde “Baharoğlu” markası doğmuş ve ilerici bir vizyonla üretim kapasitesi artırılarak, dünyaya açılmak amacıyla, 1992 yılında Gaziantep OSB’de yüksek teknoloji ile entegre üretime başlanmıştır.
