Our co-founders: Mansoor Hamayun, Chris Baker-Brian and Laurent Van Houcke started Bboxx over a decade ago after graduating from Imperial College London. 

Since then Bboxx has grown to a strong global company of 4,000 employees, united by its purpose to transform lives and unlock potential by connecting consumers and deploying innovative products across Africa. To date, we have positively impacted more than the lives of 3.6 million people by connecting African customers with clean energy, clean cooking, smartphones, e-mobility and selected financial products – many for the first time.
