This morning my house got connected to IGL's fiber optic wifi and I just wanted to drop a line regarding one of the techs. I didn't catch his name, but he was so professional, personable and helpful that I needed to let IGL know. As a female alone in my home at the time, I didn't once feel uncomfortable or uneasy.
