Our company is Bedir Un San. A.Ş. is one of the leading firms in the Gaziantep 2nd Organized Industrial Zone, renowned for its high-quality flour and flour products, along with innovative approaches in production. Founded in 1996 using the latest high-tech machinery systems, Bedir Un San. A.Ş. has continually upgraded its equipment and management, becoming a locomotive in the sector. The factory has a total area of 12,000 m², with 4,500 m² covered space. Starting with a capacity of 160 tons, new investments in 2003 increased the indoor area to 7,500 m² and production capacity to 250 tons. Steel wheat silos with a capacity of 20,000 tons were introduced to enhance raw material storage. Through R&D and laboratory work, the machinery park has diversified, broadening the product range. With these investments and R&D activities, Bedir Un has become the region’s largest production facility. The company works with all its staff to maintain its leadership position in the industry, continually raising quality standards and producing healthy, natural products.
