Anybody who has chronic fatigue syndrome will know that this frustrating illness is debilitating, under-recognised, and untreatable. Having visited multiple health professionals, naturopaths, and doctors, having investigated various aspects of my health that could possibly be causing fatigue, and having researched and tried everything that might have even a remote possibility of helping the dreaded fatigue, I had come to the conclusion that there was simply nothing to significantly help chronic fatigue, and I would just have to live with it. Then I tried fresh royal jelly from Royal Jelly Australia. I had previously tried the royal jelly from the chemist in capsule form (with no 10HDA measurement on the label) and had no results. But being a beekeeper myself and seeing what royal jelly does for the queen bee, and hearing good things from other beekeepers about fresh royal jelly, I decided to try it. I took the first dose (half a teaspoon) on a day that had started with the familiar feeling that I was carrying a large boulder on my shoulders. Having tried so many different things with no success, I didn’t really expect to feel any difference. Two hours later, I began to realise that the “boulder on my shoulders” feeling had lifted - not only was there an absence of fatigue, but I was actually feeling positive energy! For a few blissful hours I was able to do a lot of work, housework and odd jobs, and I was able to actually enjoy doing those things with ease! I was absolutely amazed and very excited.
