Our Incolac branded mozzarella has a fresh, mild and slightly acid taste and is available in individual blocks (single loafs) of 2,38 kg. With its meaty and firm body, Incolac mozzarella is easy to shred.

Besides mozzarella, we also offer delicious red and white cheddar cheese.

This yellow to orange-yellow cheese with a slightly tangy flavour is an ideal addition to many dishes, from gratins to tacos.
